Capsule Filling Machine Features

1. Double row of 25 mold cavities and 12 stations design adopted can make mass production.

2. The metering disc adopts a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism to evenly measure the gap between the disc and the copper ring, which can reduce powder leakage and ensure the filling volume difference.

3. With a high-precision, high-configuration transmission mechanism, it significantly reduces the vibration of the equipment during operation and greatly improves the stability and service life of the machine.

4. The modular closed powder filling mechanism is adopted, which is easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to clean.

5. The capsule vacuum positioning mechanism adopted can make the capsule qualified over 98%.

6. Equipped with automatic timing refueling system.

Equipped with a secondary dehumidification unit for the filling room, addressing the issues of inadequate system dehumidification in the filling workshop and the physical strain placed on operators. (Optional)
